bingo8 Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

By registering an Account with bingo8, accessing any part of the bingo8 platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the bingo8 platform and must not create or maintain an Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bingo8. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. bingo8 recommends that Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with bingo8, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are a resident of, or are physically located within, a jurisdiction where access to bingo8's services is legally permitted under applicable law.
• You are accessing bingo8 for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where access to bingo8 is restricted or illegal.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of bingo8 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from bingo8 or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion program, or if you have been excluded, the applicable exclusion period has fully expired and you have been formally reinstated.
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register or similar regulatory exclusion database.
• You have not been declared legally incapacitated or of diminished mental capacity by any competent court or authority.

4.1 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one bingo8 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — including through the use of different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or network addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bingo8 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit associated balances.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false information, including a false name or date of birth, is a serious violation that may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all wallet balances.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number or email address and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bingo8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

4.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify bingo8 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account, any loss or theft of your credentials, or any other security breach affecting your Account. Notification should be made via live chat or the contact channels described in Section 16.

4.5 Account Verification (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, bingo8 is required under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify your identity. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to, the PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, and UMID card. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in some circumstances, Account closure.

4.6 Account Non-Transferability. Your bingo8 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bingo8 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment channels listed in the bingo8 Cashier at the time of deposit. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer.

5.3 Deposits for Own Use. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are your own, derived from legal sources, and are not the proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or money laundering activity. bingo8 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–60 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within 1–4 banking hours. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or bank maintenance windows. bingo8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5.5 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and corresponding to your verified bingo8 identity. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

5.6 Unspent Deposits. bingo8 does not charge maintenance fees on inactive balances for a period of twelve (12) months. After twelve months of account inactivity, an administrative fee may apply in accordance with bingo8's current fee schedule. Players are encouraged to contact support to retrieve remaining balances at any time.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, and other promotional offers made available by bingo8 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published in conjunction with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a User's Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be satisfied within the time period stated for the promotion.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, each User is entitled to claim each bingo8 promotion once. Using multiple Accounts or methods to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential Account closure.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility. bingo8 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, including based on Account history, verification status, jurisdiction, and prior bonus activity.

6.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. bingo8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional credits already credited to a User's Account prior to withdrawal of a promotion remain valid subject to the applicable wagering requirements at the time of credit.

7.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on the bingo8 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a User to a refund of wagers placed.

7.2 Minimum Wager. Minimum wager amounts vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. bingo8 does not guarantee the continued availability of any minimum stake amount.

7.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, bingo8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the round based on the last recorded game state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be refunded at bingo8's discretion. bingo8 shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Voided Games. bingo8 reserves the right to void any game, round, or bet where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or manifest pricing or odds error. Where a game is voided, associated wagers will be refunded to the User's bingo8 Wallet.

7.5 Maximum Win Limits. Maximum win amounts may apply to certain games and are stated in game-specific rules. bingo8 reserves the right to apply and enforce maximum win limits without prior notice where the applicable limits are published in the relevant game rules.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bingo8 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the bingo8 platform;
• Accessing the bingo8 platform using the Account credentials of another User;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal source;
• Using any automated script, bot, artificial intelligence, software, algorithm, or mechanical device to interact with the bingo8 platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human gameplay;
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or platform vulnerability to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic approach that exploits promotional offers without genuine recreational intent;
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the bingo8 platform's code or infrastructure;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory conduct toward bingo8 staff or other players via live chat or any other communication channel.

9.1 Commitment. bingo8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices as required under its PAGCOR operating license. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a means of generating income, addressing financial hardship, or as a response to emotional distress.

9.2 Available Tools. All bingo8 Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools via Account Settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on net losses;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Reality Check: Periodic reminders displaying time spent and net win/loss in the current session;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict access to your Account for periods of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who activates self-exclusion will be prevented from accessing their bingo8 Account for the selected exclusion period. During self-exclusion, bingo8 will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected Account from receiving direct marketing communications. Requests for early reinstatement during a self-exclusion period may be refused at bingo8's discretion. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

9.4 Minors. bingo8 strictly prohibits underage gambling. Account holders who share devices with persons under 21 are responsible for preventing underage access to the bingo8 platform. bingo8 recommends the use of parental control software where minors may have access to shared devices.

10.1 Suspension by bingo8. bingo8 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time where there is a reasonable suspicion of: prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; breach of these Terms; potential fraud or security threat; regulatory investigation; or any other circumstance that bingo8 reasonably considers requires investigation.

10.2 Closure by bingo8. bingo8 may permanently close an Account following investigation where a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon Account closure for breach, bingo8 may forfeit some or all of the Account balance in accordance with the specific breach involved.

10.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request closure of your bingo8 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Before closure, bingo8 will process any verified pending withdrawal of Real Money Balance. Accounts with active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements may have those bonus funds forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10.4 Notice. Where Account suspension or closure is initiated by bingo8 for reasons other than regulatory instruction or active fraud prevention, bingo8 will endeavor to notify the affected Player via their registered contact details within a reasonable period.

11.1 Platform Availability. bingo8 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and connectivity issues beyond bingo8's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform access.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bingo8 shall not be liable to any User for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the bingo8 platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if bingo8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. bingo8's total aggregate liability to any individual User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User to their bingo8 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

11.4 No Liability for User Conduct. bingo8 accepts no liability for any loss, claim, or damage arising from a User's own actions, errors, negligence, or violation of these Terms.

11.5 Gambling Losses. bingo8 accepts no liability for any gambling losses incurred by a User through legitimate gameplay on the platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily by the User and losses from gameplay are the sole responsibility of the User.

All content on the bingo8 platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, page layouts, and user interface elements, is the proprietary property of bingo8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bingo8 platform solely for personal, recreational gameplay purposes. You are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works from any bingo8 content without the prior written consent of bingo8.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by bingo8 is governed by the bingo8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes in detail how bingo8 handles your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By using the bingo8 platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before creating an Account. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or related to your use of the bingo8 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Initial Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a User and bingo8, the User should first contact bingo8's customer support team via the live chat function available on the platform. bingo8 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and providing a written response within a reasonable period.

14.3 PAGCOR Complaints. Users who are not satisfied with bingo8's internal dispute resolution process may refer their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures for licensed online gaming operators.

14.4 Jurisdiction. For any disputes not resolved through the foregoing processes, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

bingo8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bingo8 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via their registered email address or via an on-platform notification displayed upon login. The effective date of any amendment will be stated at the top of the revised Terms document. Your continued use of the bingo8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange withdrawal of your Real Money Balance and Account closure.
